I bought a whole car for $1000. I get the engine and any other parts that may pop up. When I'm finished I can sell whatever I didn't use to someone else or maybe do the Chevy conversion on the second one.

It's about the money
So I bought another Jag that doesn't run. I now have one that looks great, but bad engine and one that has a decent engine but doesn't look as good. When I was looking for a new engine for my first Jag I was going to spend $1000 at a junk yard for just the engine. I bought a whole car for $1000.
